Creating a new event

You are not retyping
42 routines.

Two things get imported, and you type neither of them. You upload, the webapp parses.

Your routines
  • Upload a spreadsheet or PDF of your routines with their details
  • They save to your studio's master list, once, for the whole season
  • Add saved routines to any event without re-entering anything
The competition schedule
  • Upload the schedule the competition sent you
  • It auto-parses performance times and call times
  • Your entries populate themselves, then you review and publish
Uploads from SpreadsheetPDF

Costume photos are the one thing you add by hand, and only if you want them.

Live schedules

Change it once.
It changes everywhere.

Performance, call, awards, and convention times live together. Move one and it updates the schedule every family is reading right now, including the ones already at the venue.

Studio schedule
Competition + convention

Two schedules.
One day. One timeline.

Convention classes in the morning, competition in the afternoon, awards at night. Today that means three separate documents. Here it is one timeline per dancer, in order.

Competition only · Convention only · Combined events · Recitals

One combined timeline per dancer
Families New

One family. One screen.

Three dancers going in different directions? See the family's complete event schedule, or narrow it to the dancers you're responsible for that day. Each dancer keeps their own packing list.

Packing lists that
build themselves.

Pulled from the routines each dancer is actually in, with duplicates consolidated. Fourteen items across three routines, minus the six times tan tights appeared.

Packing lists

The night before should be boring.

Everyone already knows their call time, their costume, and what dressing room they're in. If your phone stays quiet, it worked.

Acknowledgment tracking

You sent it.
Now know they saw it.

Every other tool stops at "message sent." Change a call time here and Studio Event HQ shows you, name by name, who opened it and who confirmed it. A dancer opening the update never counts as the guardian seeing it.

  • Day-of call sheet
03

Families

  • Personalized call times
  • Their dancers' routines

We import your dancers and families

We’ll reply with a time to walk through Studio Event HQ.

Invite only

Nobody can reach your studio hub unless the studio manager invites them. There is no public sign-up.

No financial information

No payment details, card numbers, or billing information for your families are ever stored in the hub.

Texts are opt-in

Families choose whether to receive SMS updates. If they don't, announcements go to the email address on file.

Separated by default

Every account sees only what belongs to them. Families never see another family's dancers or details.
